Grand prize of the "Golden Present Campaign" from the Pokémon TCG XY BREAK era (Japan): mail-in lottery from Sep 26 to Oct 31, 2015 (postcard with barcodes ≥¥1,000 (~$7 USD)). Only 5 SETS exist in the world, each with 4 golden Moncollé figures by Takara Tomy: Zoroark, Chesnaught, Raichu, Noivern. Source: Bulbapedia (XY_BREAK_TCG_Era_merchandise). Corroborated by collector SlothyShroom, who took 6 years to find her golden Raichu. PokéShiny Finds collection (has all 4). 💰 Market data (tokiteto cp2): winners just announced (2015-16), at least one complete set was auctioned in Japan for MORE than ¥200,000 (~$1,300 USD); aside from that, no public sales are recorded.
