Terms of service
The rules for using PokéFig, in as few words as possible.

What this is
PokéFig is a database and tracker for Pokémon figure collections. It isn't a shop: nothing is bought or sold here.
The service is offered as is, and it keeps being built in public. There will be bugs and gaps; when you find them, tell us.
Your account
You need an account to back up your collection. You're responsible for what happens from it.
You can close it whenever you like by writing to figu@pokefig.com. We can close an account that uses the service to abuse it, to spam, or to break the law.
Your data is yours
Your collection belongs to you. You can export it to CSV at any time, and that export exists so you can leave without losing anything.
What you post to the community — photos, catalog contributions — stays yours; you only give us permission to show it inside PokéFig. You can ask us to take it down.
Prices are a reference, not advice
When we show a market value it's an estimate with its date, drawn from observed sales. It isn't an appraisal or investment advice, and we're not answerable for buying or selling decisions made on that number.
When we have no reliable data, we'd rather show nothing than make it up.
The catalog can be wrong
There are over thirteen thousand figures and the catalog is built by hand, from sources that sometimes contradict each other. We deliberately mark what's confirmed differently from what's doubtful.
If you spot an error and you have the piece in front of you, your correction beats our source. Write to us.
Pokémon isn't ours
Pokémon and all related marks are property of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc. and The Pokémon Company. The same goes for Tomy, Takara Tomy, Bandai, Hasbro, Jakks and every other manufacturer that appears here.
PokéFig is a fan project, with no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement from any of those companies.
Changes
If these terms change, the date above changes. Any questions: figu@pokefig.com.
