In my collection
💡 AMERICAN box in English (red lettering) from 2nd gen MonColle, covering dex 1-251 (vs the Japanese split black 1-151 + yellow 152-251). Documented from the PokéShiny Finds physical collection — the website only documents 4 of these (Golem/Jolteon/Magmar/Snubbull); all 251 are a verified personal contribution.
🔍 How to spot the original
  • Seam around the body (the #1 tell): The original Ditto has a seam running around the edge of its body (two glued mold halves). Documented Ditto bootlegs LACK it: re-casting a finished figure erases the seam.
  • Deep TOMY engraving: The original has a deeply cut, sharply molded TOMY logo. On a fake the engraving loses edge and depth (especially toward the last letters), because detail degrades when the mold is copied.
  • Pink shade: A 'slightly off' pink does NOT condemn the piece: the shade varies with age even on originals. Never judge a Ditto by color alone — decide on seam + engraving.
