💡 Identified by a site visitor (@shucklenorris) who documented their physical piece, stamped "©R/L.W · 2007.CHINA" on the base — with no Nintendo/Creatures/GAMEFREAK copyright or licensed-manufacturer mark at all, unlike genuine Tomy/Hasbro/Bandai figures. Verified (not a guess): "R/L.W"/"RLW" is a real, well-documented line of ~1-inch PVC gumball/vending mini figures, made without a license in China since the mid-2000s, sold in large lots (20-100+ pieces) on eBay/Mercado Libre/flea markets, spanning generations from Kanto through at least Gen 5 (a Serperior has been seen with the same mark). That explains why @shucklenorris owns 3 of them — these were mass-produced. Thanks for the find — great eye catching the mark difference!
