Wikis call it “Black / first release” — backwards: it's the latest, and on 27 Sep 2012 TOMY International took the master-toy license outside Asia from 2013, so repackaging Japanese MonColle stopped making sense. Bulbasaur, Venusaur, Golem, Magmar, Jolteon, Snubbull and Blastoise per the wikis; the code sweep adds Meloetta (703-04297) and Black Kyurem in the same block. Shares dex numbers with “MonColle 2ndGen Americana” (251, Hasbro era) but is a different product — hence the separate name. The least documented card: no complete back read yet.
